White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Since the Great War, Songsinger has been second-in-command of the Fallen Weyr, which is made up of the long-lineaged or inbred dragons who managed to escape King Yule's attack on Nightburner of the Old Featherwing Weyr. When the battle broke out, Songsinger focused on getting the hatchlings to safety; when she emerged into the fight, she arrived just in time to see her leader and friend Nightburner mortally wounded by Helleyes, the Hellfire Wyvern, and her mate's body dropped to the ground by Lavabather, the Magma. Torn between her grief and her drive to do something, she rushed to rescue Nightburner, whisking him away and healing him. Her fleeing inspired Nightburner's other supporters to follow, which some resent. Her grief for her mate broke her, though, and these days it's all she can do to try to keep their broken new Weyr together in her deep sorrow.

Nightburner and Songsinger have sought comfort with each other since their exile, and Songsinger's hatchlings remain her only joy.
