Sunset Dragons are closely related to sunrise dragons. However, their behaviors differ greatly. Sunset Dragons generally live alone or in small packs. They are more active in the evening, hunting and performing all of their daily tasks as the sun sets.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Sun's Tale is a hot-tempered female Sunset Dragon. She's very brave, and some may go as far as to say she's reckless. She doesn't care for risks. She loves all her children very much, but she feels somewhat detached from her daughter, Rhodra, whom she was forced to abandon. She has always shown favoritism to her first son, Knightblaze, because he was the first Sunset Dragon like her. She loves her mate, Dusk in the Air, but does not care for him as much as her children. Athene of the Skies, her oldest child and daughter, has always somewhat ignored her mother, making Sun's Tale oddly hostile towards her. She knows Athene is very ambitious and keen not to let her mother or siblings hold her down. She also cares deeply for her granddaughter, Northern Shine, Knightblaze's and Dawn's Wing's daughter. She has always thought Dawn's Wing a most suitable match for her son, however Dawn's Wing's lack of ambition bothers her slightly. However, she lies content, for now.
