Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It seems shy, but loves attention.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

User Description

Karamatt was forced out of her shell early through the use of Earthquake. This forced hatching caused many problems as initially the colony surrounding her was not sure if she would even survive. Eventually she became more stable, but as she grew her family began to realize she had some issues. She often has issues with motor skills one leg being almost completely useless, flight also requires a lot of concentration and can be very tiring for her. On top of this there was the obvious issue that she refused to grow. Neurologically Karamatt also faced delays, not able to keep up with the wit of other hatchlings around her or communicate as well as them struggling with words and sentence structure. Despite this she is still a friendly and loving dragon: gathering pretty stones and plants to show her friends and family she loves them. She continues to be cared for by her family and the colony around her, all of which love her deeply and are there to help her develop as much as she can.
