Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Ufer loves to speak in overly dramatic metaphors. If someone asks her when they will meet again, they are sure to get an answer along the lines of "when the East has gone and left is but a memory, we can meet at the other side of midnight" or some such nonsense. In normal dragon speak that translates to something akin to "next Tuesday after sundown at the lake". The dragons in her clan have grown quite good at translating Ufer's gibberish into normal speech.
