Golden Wyverns are known for their beautiful metallic scales and rumored magical abilities. Living high in the mountains, these dragons do not believe in killing for sport or pleasure. They will hunt only when hungry and defend themselves when provoked, but will avoid killing to the best of their abilities. Golden Wyverns often mingle with other dragons of similar color and take pride in their shimmering hide.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

The Thief of Life is a dragon that takes pride in her shimmering scales and all the treasure she has in her lair. Her entire philosophy is that the shinier it is, the more it's worth. Based on that, she's worth the most.

In order to keep that up, she polishes and preens her scales every day, for hours at a time. And after she does that, she'll go out and look for treasure to steal from other dragons. As long as it's shiny and she can sell it and make some profit, she'll take it. The other dragons can't prosecute her for it as long as they don't find her. Or the thing she took.

But she's been stolen from a single time before. The Thief says that her most prized possession, something she refers to as "her pointy jams," was stolen by a certain Meenah Peixes.

Nobody really knows what her pointy jams are. She's never specified.
