Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Over the centuries, the storms that sweep her world are becoming more and more violent. Many are beginning to fear that the end of their world is coming due to the fierce nature of these massive tempests. To stabilize the weather and prevent disaster, several Storm Dragons formed what is known as the Great Weather Manipulation Project (GWMP). Vicky was always a shy dragon. Though she does have the fierce temper typical of Gray Dragons, it doesn't show unless Vicky is really, truly angry with someone. Many of the other members of the Project didn't even realize that Vicky was a member since she rarely spoke up or made other dragons take notice of her until one day, the Project debated which Cave to protect from a nearby storm system. Vicky was furious at their politicking and told everyone involved, rather violently, that it was their job to protect both Caves. After that, GWMP took more notice of Vicky.
