Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Beloved is just that, loved by the dragons of Luna Bell's herd. It is rumored that she is the daughter of Peace and Rebel, the true rulers of Kitsune's Archipelago. Because of this, she has gained fame throughout the islands, and this fame has gone to her head. Beloved sits around doing nothing because she's too good to watch over the eggs or hatchlings. Her healing powers have gone unused for centuries. Yet, no one says anything for fear that the mighty dragons that are her parents will punish them.
