Feisty and energetic, Whiptail Dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

This energetic whiptail's nature gotten on the bad side of many a Firewind dragon. When Woodrow was a hatchling, he couldn't resist whipping his unsuspecting clanmates with his tail, then crying out, "Whip'd by Woodrow!" along with several other tricks. Many of the clan have hoped he could grow out of this childish prank, but unfortunately he has not.

While the obvious decision of otherwise patient leader Nixcamich would be to throw out this slightly immature troublemaker, Woodrow is surprisingly a hard and dedicated worker. His enthusiasm and energy in trying to learn new fighting skills and his tact in devising battle strategies more than make up for the tricks he plays. The Firewind knows that a dragon like Woodrow is handy to keep around- even at the cost of an occasional, "Whip'd!"
