Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Sir Arthur is a creature of deep contradictions -- coldly pragmatic, devoted to logic and reason, yet deeply spiritual, insisting that there are some phenomena which reason cannot touch. An omnivorous scholar devoted to outdated notions of chivalry, his first passion was the historical novel, and it annoys him no end that his mighty epics receive less recognition than the series of wildly popular detective stories he dashes off in his spare time. (Few, of course, suspect that literature's foremost champion of detection was actually written by a dragon.) His abode is fixed among mountains whose topography he has shaped over centuries, but he is frequently seen on tour, his eagle eyes flashing keenly above a bristling mustache, attempting to pierce the veil and prove the existence of the Other Side.
