Feisty and energetic, Whiptail Dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Coco loves one thing and one thing only, running. When, the magi dragon, Orange Sodapop broke her heart, she started running. She ran all the way to Shadow Puppet's territory. Coco collapsed and was discovered by Shadow's small herd. Shadow broke the poor whiptail's wings and one of her back legs ensuring that she could never leave. Coco is a gentle and loving by nature and doesn't fit in with Shadow's crowd. She only serves the guard the cave and is rarely fed. Since her broken bones were never set in place and didn't heal properly, Coco can never fly or run again.
