Coastal Waverunners spend most of their time skimming the waves along the coast, snatching up their prey from the shallow waters. They have developed markings along the leading edges of their body that help disguise them as breaking waves. When they are not hunting, they enjoy playing among sand-dunes and shallow tide-pools. These dragons live in small but noisy rookeries. Some stories say Waverunners can fly for days on end without landing.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Babydriver is a king of Coastswimmers. He's violent and strong and wants to create a rebellion to overtake the entire Galtchick island. And when his army is big enough and the time is right, he will start his almighty attack! Or at least that's what he tells to small hatchlings. He likes spending time with the young and telling them stories about fighting and famous battles, sometimes involving the kings of the lands just for fun. The youngsters grow to acknowledge the strength of their king, even when they realize those are just stories. Babydriver knows a lot about battling because he has tons of books on the subject and studied fighting techniques (however, in theory only). He once stole some armor from humans and played with it as a hatchling. Now it's more of a "trophy for his glorious defeat of an army of humans". Of course, when hatchlings face the proof of his victories, they start admiring the king even more. Babydriver enjoys being famous and loved, that's for sure!
