This breed of dragon results from eggs or hatchlings that have been neglected. They are usually rebellious, not obeying their masters, sometimes even attacking them. However, their neglect as a hatchling leaves them crippled, and they are weak compared to other breeds, causing them to stay with their masters for protection.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Vepar has been known to hiss at passersby, its sickly green hide blending in with the dark vines and moss along the cave's outer walls. Vepar assumes that any intruder means ill, and will offer nothing but a dirty stare to any that come close to the cave or its nearby forested territory. Vepar constantly stalks about the area, its beady red eyes on continuous alert.

Vepar is an aggressive dragon, constantly feeling a need to play guardian near the cave's entrance. Vepar was quickly welcomed into the ranks of the other cave denizens, but in its sickly state, Vepar kept far from the concerned stares of the other dragons. Thus, Vepar promptly declared itself the cave "gatekeeper", sitting watch in the forested overgrowth around the cave's gaping maw. Vepar is kept company by the clucky chicken Grandma Barbara, and she is the only one ever allowed to remain in the presence of Vepar for long.
