Frilled Dragons are smaller than most other breeds, but when threatened, they stretch out their wings and frills to appear larger. They generally do not like to fight and prefer hiding to confrontation. Frilled dragons live in small groups and often band together to scare off potential threats. Males also use their frills as a way to attract mates, with those displaying the “best” frills being more likely to breed.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Not knowing the fate of their breed, Frilljakar and Frilljakina decided to breed to help propagate their line. Anxiously, the Frill pair tried and tried, only to find their mating sessions would end in frustration. One day though, the gods smiled upon the pair and granted them a child.
Still not knowing what would happen to their breed, the couple decided to name their child to show their confusion.
FrilljaWhy is a curious dragon, always looking for answers to so many questions... What is the purpose of his existence Why does he feel so alone Will he be able to continue his line with another Frill that is unrelated to him He sometimes sits on the cliffs outside the rookery, staring out over the sea in such deep thought the other dragons tend to avoid him.
Eternally, his questioning will only lead to more inquiries. This is one dragon that will always have a quizzical look upon his face with a deep sense of loneliness.
