Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Silver females eat meat only when a male dragon brings it to them as part of courtship, though they are typically highly-independent. They possess an almost magical aura that lights up any place they are in, and are looked upon with awe by humans and animals alike.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Strawberry Rose, as her names suggest, has a fondness for strawberry coloured roses. She is one of the few dragons that spent time as a hatchling living with the cave mistress at her home. In love with the scent of the flowers in the garden Strawberry Rose rarely wanted to leave it, even opting to sleep outside at night curled up under her favourite rose bush.

When she was sent to live with the rest of the clan she was so distressed at leaving her beloved roses that the cave mistress dug up and gave her the bush she adored. Since then Strawberry rose has taken such good care of it that she now has her own private rose garden and will sometimes give roses as gifts to her friends.
