Imperial Fleshcrownes are an active and playful breed. They are equally good at flying and climbing and while they are not good swimmers, they love to take an occasional dip. Fleshcrownes live in large social groups called “communities.” Adult Fleshcrownes share the responsibility of looking after the young, who are very playful and active. Even after maturing, they retain their curious and mischievous natures, often getting into trouble. The fleshy crowns on their head can be raised at will, and are usually erect when happy, excited, or scared. Fleshcrownes—being a very peaceful breed—are more prone to flight than fight. If threatened, they can raise their crowns while hissing in an attempt to scare off predators.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Glimmer Dokita is the female founder of the "Quio-Vine" family. She is a friendly and outgoing dragon and loves parties and socializing. Despite this, she is also very hardworking and clever. Glimmer met her mate one Halloween at a party in Funjee-Vinery Log's cave. She was dressed as a Whiptail Dragon and was talking to Greena Slimeleaf when a Green dragon walked by. Something cut her leg and she turned around. There was a vine sticking out from the dragon's leg. She said, "One of your vines came out, Dark Green dragon." He turned to look at her and they both immediately fell in love. They have one child, still in its egg.
