Blacktip Dragons are a small, shore-dwelling breed that tend to nest on sheer ocean side cliffs. They live in groups under a dominant female, who prevents her subordinates from breeding. During the mating season, a group of Blacktips can be very noisy and smelly indeed; males produce a distinctive musky odor and loud, low-pitched honking noises in an attempt to woo the alpha female.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Foaming Breakers is a Blacktip Dragon. She is the alpha in her small band. Her mate is Crashing Waves and the lesser female is Frothing Tide. They live in the sheer cliffs of the Aspienne Mountains, overlooking the sea. Foaming Breakers is very strict, and always keeps her lower-ranking companions in check. Foaming Breakers is in the habit of telling other dragons what to do, even the Clan Lords in the central cave in the mountains. She is not afraid to speak her mind and the only way to silence her is to put a fish in her mouth. Foaming Breakers is not used to humans, and orders her clan to hide on sighting a human ship. The only human she trusts is the one who helped raise her, and all of the clan dragons. Except for humans, Foaming Breakers is rarely cautious of anything. Foaming Breakers and her band rarely leave the coast, as they don't like the taste of land prey and miss the sound of the waves. They often encounter Sea Dragons and Tsunami Wyverns, and are generally friendly.
