It was previously believed that purple dragons were exclusively female, but this is not the case. Recent environmental shifts have revealed the existence of both genders of this breed. Female behavior is well known; they are primarily herbivores but will eat meat during mating season. On the other hand, very little is known about the behavior and habits of male purple dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Men entered the dragon cave, some brave, some reckless, searching eggs. It was one very busy evening when a purple egg was abandoned, not even three days left for her until the Grim Reaper would come for her. A woman passed the entrance several times, saw that many eggs were taken away. The purple one stayed, nobody wished for an egg doomed to death. It melted the woman's heart and she took the egg, determined to keep the little creature inside alive. She showed it to her friends and begged them to help her.

And they did.

In same dark night hope and willpower nursed and nurtured the egg and before the rising of the sun a lovely, living soul came into the world, fragile but healthy. So she was until she grew up. She was a loved one from the moment she was picked up, so this was to be her name. She loved to be alive. But when her first child died her heart broke, but her friends told her that death once made her only stronger and so she had to get stronger one more time. And so she did.
