Feisty and energetic, Whiptail Dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Deijoukei lives around mountains and is fairly carefree, running in all his free time. He'll glide from the tops of mountains to the ground and loves the heights. He enjoys racing dragons, whether it's his own kind or another and can't stand being idle. He'll even run by nearby villages, who are used to him coming by. He sleeps in caves and is left alone by people for the most part, but a few may even ride on his back. He is a completely peaceful dragon, but enjoys catching deer for his meals.
