Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Temporal, as he is usually called, is a sleek dragon with shining silver scales. His name comes from the fact that, after having swallowed a weird metal as a hatchling, he can see the near past and future as he wishes. He is calm and relaxed most of the time, but becomes erratic and panicky when he sees a bad event coming up, as he is unable to alter the future despite his ability to see it.
