Horse Dragons have equine-shaped bodies and hooves instead of claws, which allow them to be fast runners. They specialize in running takeoffs, which are quicker than taking off from a stand-still. Horse dragons are able to stalk their prey from the ground then quickly execute an aerial attack for the kill.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Pegatulila is a Horse dragon. Unlike Pegasumon, the other Horse dragon in the family, she doesn't seem to be interested in flying, preferring to trot or gallop to her destination. A very fast runner, she is only outpaced by the Whiptail dragons, striking up a fierce rivalry with them. While the Whiptails don't take it all that seriously, Pegatulila is extremely passionate about it and persists in challenging any Whiptail she meets. The oldest Whiptail, SwishFlight, sometimes allows her to win, for the sake of keeping peace. To add to her obsession with defeating the Whiptails, Pegatulila has a bad temper which she often loses, making whoever she has lost it on duck (or go flying) as she lashes out with her wicked hooves. After this, it takes a long time for anyone to work up the nerve to approach her, but when they do, she  quietly apologizes. When she's not brooding about speed she is teaching hatchlings athletics, and she has proved to be very good at that.
