Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

Long ago, Ramses-II was a mighty Gold Dragon who lorded over his fellows, but one day he was banished and reduced to a spirit. A wizard found his soul, and used it to enchant a roll of parchment, creating the Paper Dragon he is today. Ramses-II is deathly afraid of flame and ink.
