Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Tojara is second in command of the Guardians of Stormgrad. No one knows why he, being a Gray Dragon, is guarding a human city, although rumors say that many years ago he lost a bet with the Lord of Stormgrad resulting in him being forced to become a guardian. His short temper often brings lots of trouble on the Guardians, but he makes up for that by being a terrific fighter. He often prefers flying in the skies above Stormgrad than communicating with the other Guardians. The only one that he has ever allowed to get close to him was Taradera, but their romance was quick to end. Many of the Guardians think that someday he will snap and try to kill them all or destroy Stormgrad or both. Nonetheless he is an invaluable part of the team.
