Pink Dragons are primarily herbivores and only eat meat during the mating season, when mates will exchange kills. When it is not breeding season, pink dragons spend most of their time incubating eggs and caring for their clan’s young. Due to their feminine color, it was traditionally thought that pink dragons were a strictly female breed, but this is not true.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Chrissi is a lovely dragoness, she really is. She just is terribly forgetful as well. And so whenever a dragon's birthday comes around, or a special event is planned, she almost certainly misses the date completely and has to apologize profoundly later for not turning up or remembering to bring a gift. The older she grows the worse it gets and one year she even forgot the clan's annual solstice festivities.
