Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Despite being named after a dark, evil tyrant, this Morgoth is actually quite chipper. Sure, he has his moments, but they're rare and few between, and very dramatic when they do happen. An example of this would be his effect on his god-daughter, Zalline, whom he is rumored (Although these rumors are said to have been started by his mate, Illandria) to have mentored in the art of creating anarchy. Another example would be when he supposedly lit a Paper dragon on fire. There is some question in the last claim because no one actually saw him do it, although it seemed to all observers to have been a very suspicious case.

Unfortunately, because these "moments" are so rare, and the circumstances shady, he's still viewed as being quite an upstanding member of the community ... most of the time.
