Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Yojana is a sneaky and clever Bluna hatchling and a useful ally to Upya and Sea Shade, she knows how to weave words and sounds in ways to let her have her way, or to let Upya and Sea Shade go off to explore. Yojana usually explores on her own, as she doesn't want the boys to steal her glory and ruin the moments of wonder. Yojana loves undersea shrines and sea gardens and has claimed a shrine with a large underwater garden in which she holds dear and keeps it secret and safe, only she knows about it and she would never tell anyone, human or dragon about its existence.
