Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It’s chubby and pink with a faint rose-like smell.

And look! It has grown wings and the flower is blooming! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Dozen Roses is a shy, meek young florist. She takes secret pride in her thriving little flower shop, and enjoys seeing happy customers with their flowers. She loves to imagine where the flowers are going and what they might be used for. It's her way of taking the vacation she's too afraid to go on.
