Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Earthquake Tremore is a caveborn dragon mated to Fernling, daughter of the matriarch Fyirn. They currently have two children.

E.T. lives in a cavern system bordering the forest in which Fernling and her parents reside. They met when Fernling was out exploring the boundaries of her family's territory. Fyirn disapproves somewhat of E.T.; she cannot understand why Fernling would choose to mate with any other breed of dragon than a Terrae.
