Stone Dragons have a tough outer covering made of a stone-like material. They eat rocks, using the minerals they contain for nourishment and to keep up their stone outer shell. They rarely move, and are the heaviest of all types of dragons. Although they have wings, indicating flight ability, no one has ever seen a stone dragon flying.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Twang has grown bitter with age. The dragon who is invited to tea hears her mutter under her breath: "These young dragons. They don't care if they eat everything you have. No respect." The dragon who gives her a gift of food as a "thank you" for having them to tea hears her mutter under her breath: "These young dragons, they think just because you're getting old, you can't hunt for yourself anymore. No respect." The hatchling who gets too close hears her mutter under her breath: "These young parents, never discipline their children. No respect." The dragon who warns the hatchlings to be careful around her, hears her shout: "Leave them alone, they're just children." and then mutter under her breath: "These young parents, always yelling at their young. Not like in my day. No respect." Lately, when they see her coming, everyone takes several steps backwards and turns away so as to not see her pass. Still they hear her mutter under her breath: "These young dragons today... No respect."
