Skywing Dragons spend most of their lives flying in the air. They hunt from the air, diving at prey from above, and land only to rest. They are some of the fastest fliers, capable of extremely high speeds. The webbing at the end of the tail acts as a rudder, allowing them to easily change direction during flight.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Mimei helps her mate, Kaitou Yue, run a small clinic at the southern border of the Kyokos Vale. Although she doesn't possess any healing magic, she contributes significantly to the clinic's success. Every few days she flies into the human lands to spread the word of her mate's free treatment. In emergency cases, or when the patients are too sickly to make the journey on their own, she offers to carry them. For that purpose she carries a huge woven basket tied across her back. It's large enough for two adults to lie side by side, and lined with thick blankets to prevent wind chill. She loves Yue, but his philosophy that healing should be free for everyone sometimes rankles, since her greatest love (after her mate and children) is the glitter of large gemstones. As a compromise, in return for a ride, she asks for stories of treasure. It's always fun to hear about the nobles' newest acquisitions. (And possibly imagine how they would look nestled within a certain hoard.)
