Mint colored dragons are the most peaceful of all dragons; they only eat plants unless they scavenge meat from an already dead animal. They also have no ways to attack others or defend themselves. They are much smaller than other forms of dragons since they only double in size when they mature. Mint dragons are unable to use magic and cannot fly since they lack wings. Their looks have given rise to the common insult of calling dragons “large lizards.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Extra Minty Fresh Deception is an immature trickster. He likes to tick off other dragons (that are usually much, much stronger than him), then, as he is being chased, he will dart in front of Extra Minty Fresh Toothpaste and scream, "HE WAS LAUGHING! HE WAS LAUGHING!" This causes Extra Minty Fresh Toothpaste to leap in front of the charging Stone dragon (or Red, or Dark Green, or...), call, "Don't worry! I'll CURE you!", and drag the angry dragon to the White dragon healers with seemingly supernatural strength.

Deception, when he is not annoying others and then having Extra Minty Fresh Toothpaste save his tail, plays tricks on others. He likes to slip bugs into dragons' salads, not to mention try and convince others of some false statement.

It is rumored that Deception once tried to sneak into the gendered Vampire hatchlings' cult, using his small size and dark paints, but he was quickly found out and attacked, for he kept yawning during the nighttime meeting.
