Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. Its scales give off a beautiful golden gleam.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

His name simply means lizard. His body never developed so his mother despises him and she sees him as an ugly aberration.

His proud and self-centered mother blames his father for it, she shouldn't have engaged herself in an affair with a male mutt with an unknown lineage in the first place, so this is why she still cares and feeds for this offspring somehow, but she avoids and ignores him as much as she can.

He is weak and skinny but also is fast. Innocently he spends most of the day away from his mother, but when she appears he is fast running out to meet her.

By having an awkward and tiny body he is constantly mistaken for a creature called "chupacabra" by farmers and others that do not know exactly what he is and so this is why he got his strange nickname. This young and elusive hatchling which has the strange habit of preferring to stay on his two feet, loves to eat fish and hunt small rodents by himself.
