Vampire Dragons are members of the undead. They sustain themselves by drinking the blood of others. It is said that they are only “alive” at night, and seem dead or asleep during the day, as they cannot endure sunlight for long periods of time. Vampire Dragons can only reproduce by changing the eggs of other dragons, puncturing the shell with their fangs and injecting venom that kills the baby inside.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Raegnir is a rather laid back but very curious Vampire who is liked by a few of Cireth's dragons. All the other Vampires are scared stiff by Cireth's zombies, but he's fascinated by them. (Although not fascinated enough to go close enough to get eaten.)

He is rather long-sighted but found this is helped by looking through a large piece of clear crystal. With the help of his friend, Lachien the Magi dragon, he attached a strong vine to it and carries it around so he can look at things close up.

With his seeing crystal and his parchment Raegnir stalks Cireth's Zombies from a distance, making notes, as they roam around looking for brains to eat. Raengir thinks he might one day be able to write a book about Zombies and their habits and refuses to add his pawprint to Orchal and Embla's Anti-Zombification Petition. He doesn't think they're dangerous enough to bother anyone as long as they don't get in their way and he wants Cireth to make more Zombies so he can study them.
