Pink Dragons are primarily herbivores and only eat meat during the mating season, when mates will exchange kills. When it is not breeding season, pink dragons spend most of their time incubating eggs and caring for their clan’s young. Due to their feminine color, it was traditionally thought that pink dragons were a strictly female breed, but this is not true.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

This dragon's heritage is long and winding, full of knots and threads, nothing at all that could be called pure; due to this common ancestry, she is often spurned by dragons of the noble lineages (although she doesn't understand why having dorkface attached to one's name is something to brag about, most of the other royals make sense...). Accordingly, she grew up in hardship and loneliness, forever kept out from the presence of other intelligent dragons. But then, one day, she stumbled across a cave filled with a vast population--there were a few cruel dragons, yes, and a few stupid, but most were kind, and she finally found a home, and was happy. And then she discovered that one of the cave's alphas was related to her, far back along the lines. This knowledge has only increased her bliss, and now she feels she truly belongs.
