Shadow Walkers are a strange breed that possess the ability to slip between the planes of reality, becoming immaterial. This allows them to hide in the shadows, either hunting from the concealment of near invisibility or evading enemies. Though they become corporeal to mate or to eat, they spend most of the rest of their lives walking in the shadows. Shadow Walkers are wary creatures, though on dark autumn evenings when the leaves fall to swirl in the chill, rain damp air, they may be seen drifting out from the shadows.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Spectra is one of the Shadow Walkers in the cave and is a relatively new one at that. She, along with many other Shadow Walkers, forms the core group of Halloween dragons, outnumbering even the Black Marrows.

Spectra is a rather fierce dragon, though her breed is usually mellow and quiet. This outspoken nature may stem from the fact that she was raised with every other hatchling that was in the cave at that time, bunching her up with the candid Black Marrows and the unconventional Grave Dragons. Her ferocity is not uncommon but it is a nuisance and often gets her in trouble with her superiors.

She enjoys picking on the quieter of her kind, and any other dragon species, in fact. She isn't sure why she does it; it just makes her feel better. Perhaps due to the vast amount of strain she puts on herself to make herself feel like she's worth something, having grown up in a large group and at one point being quiet and unassuming herself, or maybe she's just a bully. Either way is fine.
