Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

The Bouldre is a strange dragon. He often sits by himself in the darkest caverns of the cave, yelling about his accomplishments in third person. He is often considered one of the strongest, most feared dragons in the area. Yet, despite this title, the Bouldre is terrified of young hatchlings. Especially young, blind, female hatchlings. Some say he was once outwitted by a young blind hatchling, and for all his size and strength he could not defeat her. So, to seek out his revenge, he sits in his cavern, sending out terrible earthquakes. This quakes have the potential to kill unhatched eggs, although they have yet to succeed.
