Two-Finned Blunas are a very social breed of dragon, living in packs of dragons called “pods.” Blunas are very curious and playful creatures and several dragons in a pod will often “play” with one other, chasing each other around, tossing seaweed back and forth, and riding ocean swells. They are occasionally seen swimming alongside whales and dolphins.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Talmare is the adopted daughter of Delmere, Delmere having found her as an egg and bringing her back to Draconica. Talmare adores her adoptive mother and father, Delmere and Naskaruna, and has always done her best to please them. Talmare was happy when her younger sister, Shekuva was born, as it meant she had someone to teach like her parents had taught her. The family looks perfect together, even though Talmare isn't actually related to any of them, the Guardian dragon and Two-finned Bluna parents couldn't care less. Talmare was their first baby, whether she was related to them or not.
