It was previously believed that purple dragons were exclusively female, but this is not the case. Recent environmental shifts have revealed the existence of both genders of this breed. Female behavior is well known; they are primarily herbivores but will eat meat during mating season. On the other hand, very little is known about the behavior and habits of male purple dragons.

Ezrahla was the most beautiful dragon that Nehane had seen up close. There was a man selling tickets to ride on it. Nehane asked if instead she buy the dragon off of him. With the large offer she made he could not refuse. Nehane took Ezrahla home and nurtured her, giving her quality food, and making her do little to nothing at all. Ezrahla was the spoiled one, and the rest of the dragons were jealous for awhile. Once Ezrahla noticed she demanded to be treated like the rest of the family.
