Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It seems rather lazy.

And look! It’s gotten much larger and grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

This small Royal Crimson dragon has permanently stunted growth. Because she never wished to be seen as any less of a dragon than other Royal Crimsons, she became an apprentice to EG's Cave's elders. She pledged her loyalty to the Royal Crimson elders such as Fiamara Capella and Crimson Pyn.

The Royal Crimson dragons of EG's Cave have extensive hoards of treasure and pride themselves greatly on it. This dragon travels the world, slipping into tight spaces to steal other dragons' gold to bring it back to their own collection. Because of her loyalty to her Royal Crimson clan, they have given her the name Loyal Stripez.
