This may be because he doesn't use them often. He hates windy and damp weather, and prefers to stay in his cave. But as soon as the sun shines, he goes out into the woods to get a tan. He likes to scare small animals with his mighty roar. In addition, he is very proud of his long horns and spines that give him a dangerous and wild aspect.
