Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

It doesn't need to be a monster to do monstrous things, both dragons and humans alike are capable of evils that would disturb and horrify all decent thinking people.  

I Can Not Forgive was an innocent victim of such cruelty when she was a hatchling, separated from her doting parents for just a few hours. When it was discovered what had happened the full force of the clan rained down upon those who were responsible, but the damage to the tiny hatchling was done.

Now an adult I Can Not Forgive remains embittered and warped from her experience and finds solace only in solitude, where she plots her revenge against the survivors who wronged her.
