Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Deep within the belly of a long abandoned castle, a horrifying beast is said to live, with jaws that can crush stone, and breath hot enough to melt the toughest swords. Her scales are as red as blood, and her claws sharp enough to tear through metal like a hot knife to butter. This is the description local townspeople tell their children at night so they don't get into trouble. However, there is truth in every story, especially in this one. Since maturing, Fria has made point to occasionally terrorize nearby villages, stealing livestock and looting any treasures that catch her eye. This she hoards inside the dungeons, careful to make sure no living soul knows where it is. She can be a brute at times, but mostly she is on good terms with those dwelling inside the castle, and has been known to help hatch eggs, warming them up just enough to prompt the hatchling inside to come and see the world.
