Dot is scared of everything. If it makes noise, she is scared of it. If it moves, she is scared of it. If it has made noise or moved at any point in the past, she is scared of it. If it has the slightest potential of making noise or moving in the future.... she will be deathly afraid of it until it reveals its murderous intent, and she then proceeds to continue being scared of it.
There is a running pool amongst the dragons she lives near of how much longer she'll be able to go on like this before collapsing of a heart attack.
