Vampire Dragons are members of the undead. They sustain themselves by drinking the blood of others. It is said that they are only “alive” at night, and seem dead or asleep during the day, as they cannot endure sunlight for long periods of time. Vampire Dragons can only reproduce by changing the eggs of other dragons, puncturing the shell with their fangs and injecting venom that kills the baby inside.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Kopeke is the third member in the vampire group, and carries the distinction of being the first to successfully Turn another egg. Unlike his older brother and sister, he tends to be more reserved and aloof, staying away from the other dragons voluntarily, in contrast to shy Elizabeth and laid-back Nevyn, which is just how most of the other dragons in the cave like it. He is mostly indifferent towards the others, however, if he feels his privacy is being invaded, such as when he is about to bite an egg, he will glare sharply and mentally shoot down the would-be harrassers with sarcastic, biting remarks. He also happens to be meticulous with the more delicate tasks such as biting and egghatchling-sitting. He shows a gentler side towards the young, but not towards the adults. He definitely dislikes large gatherings, claiming that it hampers his way of living and opposes his worldviews.
