It was previously believed that purple dragons were exclusively female, but this is not the case. Recent environmental shifts have revealed the existence of both genders of this breed. Female behavior is well known; they are primarily herbivores but will eat meat during mating season. On the other hand, very little is known about the behavior and habits of male purple dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

The first born son in a family of sisters, Amaranthine was always mistaken for a female when he was young. Angry at cold fate for this tragic mix-up, he trained and grew stronger everyday, becoming one of the most powerful dragons the world has ever seen. His massive muscles make the ground shake with every step, creating an even more dramatic entrance. However, he only uses his strength when he or his sisters are in danger; he has a passive nature and wouldn't even harm a fly unless it bit him. This gentle, caring, sweet nature attracts many females, but he always rejects them, awaiting for the right one to come along. One that is sweet and caring, but strong as well; not conceited or heartless, nor a black widow.
