Welcome to Dragon Cave! Dragon Cave is an online adoptables game. Collect eggs, raise them to adulthood, and then breed them to create interesting lineages. New dragons are added regularly!
Copper Dragons are masters of stealth, slipping silently and swiftly through the forests and jungles where they live. Often hunting in groups, their prey rarely know they are being stalked until the dragon’s at their throat. In the air they are agile and skilled. Copper Dragons prize family groups, spending large amounts of time teaching their young skills. So great is their love of life and family that they will sometimes adopt orphaned dragons of other breeds to raise.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
Swowu's egg was rescued from some bandits who'd planned... well, no one in the flock is quite sure what they planned to do with a Copper dragon egg or hatchling, but it probably wasn't any good.
The lost little Copper was subsequently raised within the flock, and given as much care and attention as any of the dragons that come under the watchful eyes of the Pink dragons.
Quite unfortunately, Swowu grew up to be rather... odd. She can go months without being seen by any flock member. When she is making her presence known she wanders around muttering nonsense to anyone she can convince to listen to her.
Her most frequently repeated comments are dire warnings about "Him", a supposedly chaotic being that Swowu refuses to name directly. A being who will be born in an outpouring of decadence, and whose coming will herald a new beginning for those who value beauty, music, and all the joyful things in life.
Swowu clearly believes this is a bad thing, but not all the flock agrees with her.
