Cheese Dragons are not actually alive. They are enchanted items of food that act almost identically to dragons. They have no need to eat, but they must “live” in humid environments or they will dry out and harden.

Brie, like the other cheeses, is named after what kind of cheese she is made of. She lives in a small cave with the rest of her family, hidden away from slavering mouths lest they be eaten. With no need to sleep or eat, she has had to find ways of passing the time lest she be plagued with eternal boredom. Her hobby of choice is woodcarving, no easy feat for a dragon made of softer stuff than cellulose. With great care, she is able to carve small, intricately detailed engravings and statues from the living wood of the trees around her cave. Those who have passed through the clearing where she carves have been astounded by her works; some even believe them to be the work of spirits. If only they knew that all of those wonders were made by a little dragon made of cheese...
