Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

A gentle, solemn dragon, this creature is deeply religious, unlike most of the more frivolous dragons of the area. At first the village locals were afraid of him, but as he didn't eat 1) their children or 2) their livestock, and would often discreetly knock down dangerously positioned trees or clear debris from the roads during the night, they soon grew to love him. He's now so accepted by the humans that he even comes to church with them in the mornings instead of listening from afar, laying his head down in the doorway, a dreamy expression on his face as he listens to the hymns.
