Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. Its eyes glow brightly at night, and it enjoys attacking insects and small animals.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Real Ugly Little Beastie doesn't have a grammar mistake in his name.  He's simply a real ugly little beastie, as opposed to an imaginary one; in this instance, "real" is correctly used as an adjective that confirms this hatchling's existence, not as an adverb describing this hatchling's level of ugliness.  However, Real Ugly Little Beastie would rather be nonexistent than uglier than he already is, and sometimes wishes that that "real" in his name really was a grammar mistake.
