Daydream Dragons are the hosts of daydreams and fantasies. They spend the majority of their time sitting on clouds, dropping daydreams down into the minds of people passing by. Humans who live near Daydream Dragons must be especially careful not to let their thoughts wander, or they could end up spending hours or even days in a trance-like waking dream state.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Sweet Blood always was the strange one of the Dreamweaver Clan. The two vampires in clan, both of whom are largely antisocial, took zir in at a young age. Perhaps they sensed something the others didn't. Well, either way the took zir as their own. When ze hatched, ze was really strange—ze preferred to induce violent, bloody nightmares rather than fanciful daydreams. We know for sure that more than one accidental beheading happened due to zir influence.

When ze was only a hatchling, ze was incredibly antisocial like zir adopted parents. Ze was largely uninterested in other hatchlings or shiny trinkets. Ze would often wander off following a mercenary or other killer-for-hire to the edge of the territory only to show up several days later with blood between zir scales. As ze grew into adulthood, ze became more social to other dragons and less obvious in zir bloodlust. Instead, ze follows armies going to war and things get very bloody very fast.
