Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Eiyatra is a motherly dragon and enjoys children of all kinds. She will willingly take on any small egg or hatchling and raise it until it is old enough to fend for itself; because of this, many who know her call her "Mother Earth" as a joke since she is a green dragon. No one knows much of her past and she always tries to avoid the matter, but she says it is of no concern and carries on without much thought on the subject.
